In this post we will discuss how we can resolve one issue which comes when we are trying to create a sub site under a sub site in SharePoint 2013. While working on a migration project, we saw whenever we try to create a sub site under a particular sub site we were not able to see all the available templates in the Template Selection section. Only we were able to see the Publishing tab in it which looks like below:

In our case we were trying to create a sub site under a particualar sub site. We follow the below approach to solve the issue.
Open that particular site settings page. Click on “Page layouts and site templates” under “Look and Feel” section. Then select “Subsites can use any site template” under “Subsite Templates” as shown in the fig below:
Click Save and after that you will be able to see all the templates like below:
