The maximum length of the divider is 100% and the maximum weight of the divider is 6.
Drag the slider to change the length and weight of the divider.

We can add extra space between two web parts using the Spacer web part, we can easily drag the bar up and down to add extra vertical space.

Open the SharePoint site page where you want to add the Spacer web part to the SharePoint modern site page.
If you’re not in edit mode already, choose Edit Page at the top right of the SharePoint site page.
Click + circled icon then add a new Section layout.
In the search box, enter Spacer to quickly find and select the Spacer web part.

In the below screenshot, we can see the spacer web part is added, we can edit the spacer web part to hide space in mobile view in the property pane of the divider web part on the right.
The maximum length of the spacer is 320px and the minimum length of the Spacer is 16px.
Drag the bar to resize the length of the spacer.

If we want to hide space in mobile view, we can enable the hide option shown below in the property pane of the divider web part on the right. Select Republish to save your changes.
