Job Description of SharePoint Developer: 

1.    Should have a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 7 years of exp. of IT industry with Dotnet background.
2.    SharePoint Version hands-on projects experience on MOSS 2010 (Minimum 1 year)
3.    Should have hands on exp. of SharePoint Object Model, event receiver.
4.    Responsible for integrating non-SharePoint related services into SharePoint applications as needed.
5.    Demonstrates a proficiency in the following XML, CAML, XSLT, HTML, DHTML, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript,               style sheet/CSS
6.    Good knowledge of web service/WCF
7.    Good Knowledge of T-SQL/SQL Server
8.    Hand on experience on Visual Studio 2008
9.    Responsible for development of:
a)    Design,
b)    Creation and implementation of custom web parts,
c)    .NET user controls,
d)    Custom Master Pages,
e)    Custom Layouts,
f)    Custom Event Receivers,
g)    Features,
h)    Deployment Solutions,
i)    Site/List Templates.
j)    Object Model
k)    SharePoint out-of-the-box
l)    Workflows (ootb and custom)
