While working in a SharePoint 2013 migration project, we saw some errors in the uls viewer.
The error coming as like below:
11/17/2015 22:48:09.50 w3wp.exe (0x2F50) 0x2ED4 SharePoint Foundation Files ak8dj High UserAgent not available, file operations may not be optimized. at Microsoft.SharePoint.SPFileStreamManager.CreateCobaltStreamContainer(SPFileStreamStore spfs, ILockBytes ilb, Boolean copyOnFirstWrite, Boolean disposeIlb) at Microsoft.SharePoint.SPFileStreamManager.SetInputLockBytes(SPFileInfo& fileInfo, SqlSession session, PrefetchResult prefetchResult) at Microsoft.SharePoint.CoordinatedStreamBuffer.SPCoordinatedStreamBufferFactory.CreateFromDocumentRowset(Guid databaseId, SqlSession session, SPFileStreamManager spfstm, Object metadataRow, SPRowset contentRowset, SPDocumentBindRequest& dbreq, SPDocumentBindResults& dbres) at Microsoft.SharePoint.SPSqlClient.GetDocumentContentRow(Int32 rowOrd, Object ospFileStmMgr, SPDocumentBindRequest& dbreq, SPDocumentBindResults& dbres… 69b8429d-ee20-a03f-5a1f-a92a228e83e4
I googled and tried the below solutions and it worked for me.
$webApp = Get-SPWebApplication “http://WebAppURL”
Then I did IIS reset in all the servers and this worked for me.
Another Step you can try:
– You can look at the Default.aspx page or any page which has been set for default, if it has been customized using SharePoint designer. You can reset those pages to site definition back, sometimes this helps to solve the issue.
