Send a reply when a new email arrives on Gmail using Power Automate

This Power Platform tutorial, we will discuss how to send a reply when a new email arrives on Gmail using Power Automate or Microsoft Flow.

Microsoft provides a lot of flow templates to work with Power automate. We can use those templates for various functionalities.

Send a reply when a new email arrives on Gmail

Step 1: Log in to the Office 365 account and click on Power Automate to get the template.

Step-2: Next go to the Templates section and search weather. Next, there are many templates that are available to use. So here you can select one which you want.

Step-3: Next I click on Send a reply when a new email arrived on Gmail. So when you click on this template, it will appear a new page where you can see the flow and click on continue to modify this template.

Step-4: So here once you click on Continue, you can able to see the flow of this template as per the below screenshot.

Step 5: In this step, you have to provide your message which will be automatically sent after you receive any message.

Step 6: In this step, you can provide the Subject in Subject place so when the email will trigger the sender, the same subject will be visible to the user.

Step 7: When the configuration gets done, you have to save this flow and run it to get the result.

Step 8: So below is one of my emails which I received very quickly after sending an email to this user.
