  • Once Outlook Office 365 will open, then click on  New Email.

  • In Properties window, under Delivery options select the checkbox Do not deliver before.
  • Select the checkbox Save copy of the sent message.

Click on Close.

  • In Settings window, click on View all Outlook settings.

  • Under Settings window, Click on Mail >> Forwarding.
  • Under the Forwarding option, you can forward your email to another account.
  • Select the checkbox Enable forwarding.

Click on Save to save the email id.

  • Click on More actions icon and then select Recall This Message from the drop-down menu.

  • In Recall This Message window, select Delete unread copies of this message to delete the sent message or select Delete unread copies and replace with a new message to edit the unread messages that you have already sent.
