In this Microsoft flow tutorial, we will discuss how to share new joined employee information in social media like Twitter and Yammer using Microsoft flow. We will also see, how to use Microsoft flow template “Send email, post of yammer, twitter and facebook for new SharePoint item” in SharePoint Online list.

Here I am using SharePoint list and when HR adds new employee information in the employee master list, it will trigger a Microsoft flow to share the information via Mail, Yammer, and Twitter.
The below image is my SharePoint Employee Master List.
Next, click on Flow in the top of the list and Create a flow in the SharePoint Online modern list.
Next choose the flow template in the template gallery section “Send email,post of Yammer,Twitter and Facebook for new SharePoint list”.
Next, your template got created and you have to add the content inside the Twitter, email, Facebook, and Twitter. Next, enter your SharePoint Online site collection and List name.
In this section, I have removed Facebook due to authentication. You can add your own Facebook credential here if you want to continue share on Facebook.
Once your flow gets ready, next test the flow after adding an Item. Next check your email, Twitter and Yammer account for any new post.
