Below is the PowerShell command which you can run in Windows PowerShell ISE like below:

Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.SharePoint.PowerShell

$AppName=”Employees”

$appInstance = Get-SPAppInstance -Web “http://mypc:29024/sites/SPTraining/” | where-object {$_.Title -eq $AppName}

if ($appInstance -ne $null)

{

Uninstall-SPAppInstance –Identity $appInstance

}

Once you run this it will ask for confirmation message and click on Yes to All to execute it.

Hope this will be helpful.
