To work with Napa tool we need to have one office 365 developer site. So for this you can sign up for an Office 365 developer site.
Once you sign up, then click on Build Apps on developer site link as shown in the fig below:
Once you click on the Build Apps link it will take you to the Office 365 Developer site. There click on Build an App link as shown in the fig below:
If you donot have Napa tool installed, it will redirect to add Napa tool, which is a free tool. There you need to add the tool by click on the ADD IT button as shown in the fig below:
Once you add it it will redirect to the developer site. Then go to the home page and click on Build an App . This will open the NapaCloudApp.com home paage. Here from the home page, click on Add New Project from the SharePoint section.
Then in the next screen it will ask you what type of app do you want to create, there choose App for SharePoint and give a name and then click on Create.
This will create the project and you can run the project by clicking on the Run project icon as shown in the fig below:
You can also open the project using Visual Studio by clicking on the “Open in Visual Studio” icon.
Once you publish the project by clicking on the Publish icon, the app will be published to the developer site and will be available in App Packages list.
