Could not connect to the remote computer SharePoint

The issues which come while trying to deploy a provider hosted add-in using visual studio 2015 in SharePoint Online. For us, the error comes when we tried to preview in the publishing step. Once we click on Start preview in the below step the error comes.

To resolve the issue, try to start preview multiple times. Once it is successful, then only click on Publish. Else it will not publish correctly, it will have an error.

Sometimes due to a network issue, it is unable to connect to the Azure environment. Try 2/3 times it will succeed.
