Follow the below steps for Adobe sign SharePoint integration.

Step 1: Create an account in Adobe Sign with same Email ID which is same as your office 365 account. For creating an account click on the below link. Adobe Sign for SharePoint improves visibility and access. 

Step 2: After successful login, you will get two option here. You can connect through On-Premise or SaaS (Online).

Step 3: Next click on Get It Now button to go next page.

Step 4: Next it will show your Account details which you have given initially while creating an account. After verifying click on Continue button.

Step 5: Next choose your account and a SharePoint site to install and click on the Continue button.

Step 6: Next click on ADD IT button to add this app in your account.

Step 8: Next click on the Continue button.

Step 9: Next click on Return to Site button.

Step 10: Click on Trust It button

Step 11: Now Adobe Sign will activate in your SharePoint Online site.

Step 12: Next open your document library and upload a file. Next, see a few new ribbons are added after activated Adobe Sign.

Step 13: Next click on Send for Signature link. Next, it will appear a page where you have to provide the email Id whom you want to send.

Step 14: After sending, you will get a confirmation message like the below image.

Step 15: Here is the email I received. Now you can open this document and see. You can also set a password-protected file as well.

Step 16: Next, if you click on Agreement Status, you will see all status which is currently active.
