Add or remove licenses in Office 365

This Office 365 tutorial we will discuss, how to add or remove licenses in Office 365 tenant. By default when you set up your Office 365 tenant (we have taken MSDN developer subscription) the default number of users it allows is 1.
If you have not changed that number of users then it will not allow you to create any additional users in the tenant.
Recently for our development, we had taken Office 365 Enterprise E3 developer license from Microsoft. While setting up the Office 365 tenant, we have not changed the default number of users, so it did not allow us to create more users in our tenant.
By default Office 365 Enterprise E3 developer license allows you to create 25 users in the tenant. Below is the way you can increase it.
Open Office 365 admin center. And then click on Billing -> Subscriptions. See fig below:

Then in the Subscriptions, click on “Add/Remove licenses” like below:

Then in the Add or remove licenses page, increase the Total users like below, in Office 365 Enterprise E3 it will allow a maximum of 25 users.
