* Good understanding of quality programming guidelines, understanding of SDLC Process
* Troubleshoot problems with existing SharePoint web applications and sites
* Design, build, and implement new SharePoint web pages and sites, and custom web parts
* Share skills and successful methods of working with the team
* Sound knowledge of MOSS 2007
* Knowledge on object model, deployment aspects
* Basic understanding of SharePoint administration aspect
* Knowledge on SharePoint designer, solution generator
