Required Skills:
Competency in the following technologies and platforms: · C # and/or VB.NET/ASP.NET 3.5 & 4.0 · HTML, XSLT, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS · Demonstrated architecture and development of web applications and services · Comfortable white boarding high level system architecture and design · Demonstrated strength in mentoring others · Demonstrated awareness of current technology trends inside and outside GMI · Knowledge of SharePoint, SQL Server 2005/2008, TSQL, Relational Design · Basic knowledge of Active Directory, TFS and Connect Competencies: · Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, program, test, support, and implement information systems · Self-starter, results-oriented, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously · Ability to operate effectively in a quick-paced, dynamic environment · Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) · Demonstrated problem solving and debugging skills · Understanding of project management methodology · Demonstrated proficiency of key technologies and initiative to broaden and deepen technical skills · Willingness to work on a global team
