I have migrated my SharePoint 2010 website to SharePoint 2013. I have detach my content database from 2010 copied and attached that to my 2013 environment. I have upgraded my database after attaching in 2013 environment.
Now when I try to open my website with server name and port # (i.e. http://server1wfe:12345), I'm able to open my website but when I use the DNS name (i.e. http://abc-dev.xyz.com) it gives me an error message "File not found" and a correlation id.
In alternate access mapping, I have used my DNS name as my public URL and added my server name and port # URL as intranet but still got the same error message.
I have also double check with my networking team about the DNS entry and the port # it's pointing to, they said that DNS is same and port # is 12345.
I've also tried to ping the DNS name and it's replying and returns the load balancer's IP address.
I've also tried to open the website and was able to open the site on local host.
Not sure what else I'm missing, any suggestions is welcome.
Thanks in advance.
