This control is currently disabled SharePoint 2010 error

Anusha Views: 2100 Errors	I got the below while trying to create a web application in SharePoint 2010. You might not have the right permission level to use this, you might need to select an object or item, or the control might not work in this context. Any answer for this? SharePoint Product Ads !!!
