SharePoint 2010 Central Administration giving blank page

Hi All I have installed SharePoint 2010 and after that when I open SharePoint 2010 Central Administration its showing blank page. Is there any issue?

Restart the IIS or else just stop and start Sharepoint:80 application pools.
To insert images, Upload images
or you can use flickr or picasa to upload images. After that paste the image url in the editor image dialog box.
