InfoPath cannot save the following form error in SharePoint 2010

Hi all,
I design an InfoPath form in SharePoint 2010, while saving the form I got the error as "InfoPath cannot save the following form:formname. The file cannot be accessed".


Any answer?

Follow this steps..
