Follow below steps to add an app:
1- Open the site and then go to site setting and select Add an app.
2- In left navigation bar there is two option for adding the app.
3- First is Apps you can add – Default apps available in site collection you select and add it.
4- Second From your Organization – Custom app that is uploaded by you in app catalog site.
5- Now select the app and add your site collection.
6- Click on Trust it and wait some time.
7- Now you able to use that app in your site collection.
